Our story begins in 1990, when Jose Holmes joined TW Landscapes at just 16 years old. From the very beginning, he developed a passion for the landscaping industry and a strong commitment to delivering quality work. Through years of hands-on experience in both landscape construction and maintenance, Jose steadily worked his way up within the company.
Over time, his dedication and leadership led him to become Operations Manager, where he oversaw more than 10 crews and managed a wide range of landscaping and construction projects. This role allowed him to build extensive industry knowledge while developing strong, long-term relationships with clients.
In 2022, after many successful years serving clients and building a respected reputation in the industry, the owner of TW Landscapes, Tim McDonald, decided to retire. Recognizing Jose’s experience, leadership, and the trust he had built with clients over the years, Tim entrusted him with several of the company’s long-standing legacy accounts. Many of these clients had worked directly with Jose for years, making the transition seamless.
Today, that same commitment to excellence continues to guide everything we do. Our team is dedicated to providing reliable service, expert craftsmanship, and professional landscape solutions that enhance every property we serve.
